A cozy and less expensive vacation rental near Zion is LV3, a two-bedroom house in Laverkin, Utah, near Hurricane, Utah, for about $90 per night.  Laverkin sits just 30 minutes from Zion.  This house has been renovated with new doors, flooring, bathroom fixtures, paint, and cabinets.  New landscaping is in progress.  Monica Murset is the owner of this 800-square-foot house, which includes air conditioning, laundry machines, hair dryer, heating, internet, iron and board, linens, free parking, towels, and a living room.  No pets and no smoking, please.

Mountain Star

Hidden in the Ponderosa Pine trees is the Mountain Star, a 3,000 square-foot cabin that brings about $525 per night.  This mountain mansion is great for family reunions or company retreats.  The cabin sleeps 20 and has 4.5 bathrooms.  The stars are dazzling at night, and the cabin furnishings provide a rustic elegance.  Amenities include heating, air conditioning, TV, internet, laundry facility, ample parking, king beds, queen beds, and singles.  Three large sofas grace the common area for gatherings.  Mountain Star is one of the top vacation rentals near Zion.

Blue Peach

The Blue Peach, located in Laverkin, is over 2,000 square feet of Spanish Mission style and is one of the most attractive vacation rentals near Zion.  It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all themodern conveniences for home and entertainment.  Amenities include bumper pool and hockey tables, shuffleboard, and golf cart.  Less than 30 minutes from Zion National Park, the Blue Peach costs about $120 per night and sleeps eight.  No pets or smoking.

Laverkin Townhome

The Townhome in Laverkin is equipped and furnished for a family of six.  It also stands less than 30 minutes from Zion.  It offers an open-floor-plan kitchen, living, and dining area that is welcoming and cheery for its occupants.  Off the back garden patio, you can enjoy the majestic views of Pine Valley Mountains.  The master bedroom and bath are upstairs, along with two guest bedrooms and an office.  Hiking, shopping, and gourmet coffee roasting are a walk away.  Occupancy allows six people, and the primary renter must be at least age 25.  No smoking or pets.  This townhome is over 1500 square feet and costs about $98 per night.

ZC1

Perhaps the newest vacation rental near Zion is ZC1.  Recently built, it has two master suites, two bathrooms, and sleeps six.  In Laverkin, it puts you near three of Utah’s national parks, including Zion.  It has 1000 square feet, costing about $139 per night.  This property is owned by Monica Murset, and it is just 30 minutes from the fastest growing metro area in the country—Saint George, Utah.
