Zion National Park lodging options are plentiful and all choices are worth your consideration. One of the best choices, however, is Watchman Villas in Springdale, UT. It is comprised of a total of 5 units, 4 of which are connected by way of Watchman’s main 4-plex building. The one unit that is separate from the rest is The Aspen. This particular unit is perhaps the most unique of the 5 for many reasons, but mainly because The Aspen sits atop the Springdale & Zion Canyon Visitor Center and offers one-of-a-kind amenities and views. Watchman Villas shares a parking lot with the Visitor Center so The Aspen is still located right next to the other 4 villas, but exists in a different structure.


This extremely popular Springdale vacation rental has gained notoriety in part because of its rooftop features and convenient location. Zion National Park lodging has never been more desirable. The rooftop area of The Aspen is where you will probably want to spend a good majority of your time. 1500 square feet of outdoor space where you can lounge on luxury patio furniture with the majesty of Zion all around you is anyone’s idea of a good time. Guests who stay here also have unencumbered access to the Visitor Center, the newest and nicest stopping point for any and all visitors traveling to or through Springdale, UT and Zion National Park. Anything you need during your trip is right under your feet, literally.


Located in The Aspen, however, is where the full extent of what Watchman Villas has to offer its guests is found. Built with an open concept layout, there are 1300 square feet of space that includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a huge bathroom complete with large soaking tub and shower separate from each other. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds and a shower/tub combo. This villa also includes a wide variety of other amenities such as a washer and dryer, refrigerator, wireless internet, and all other amenities you would expect from both standard and luxury hotels.
